Returns are accepted on all regular products purchased directly from our website, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, documentation, and the original invoice
Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces must be returned directly to the respective seller.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package with damaged outer packaging, we recommend not accepting the delivery.
In case of damaged or missing items:

Please report the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product

Clear images or a short video may be required for verification
Alpsbuck reserves the right to deny claims reported beyond this timeframe.
Return Process

Refunds
