Return Policy

At Alpsbuck, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted leather goods and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted on all regular products purchased directly from our website, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be purchased directly from the Alpsbuck website

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, documentation, and the original invoice

Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces must be returned directly to the respective seller.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package with damaged outer packaging, we recommend not accepting the delivery.

In case of damaged or missing items:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product

  • Clear images or a short video may be required for verification

Alpsbuck reserves the right to deny claims reported beyond this timeframe.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the return instructions available on our website.
In certain cases, we may request photos or a video of the product to process a return, replacement, or refund.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our end


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • To cancel an order after dispatch, please initiate a return once the product is delivered

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled
