Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Alpsbuck will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package with visible damage to the outer packaging, we recommend not accepting the delivery.

If damage is noticed after delivery, please report the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product, along with clear images or a short video for verification.
